L’IDIOT Restaurant 2014
Once the most famous western restaurant in the western part of Taipei, the client would like to keep the handmade mosaic, stone columns and old chandeliers, which all carry so much history. Some the of wall panels are woodwork repurposed from the old store, the large chandelier made from old wine bottles hanging over the big table is reinterpreted and now shining in the brand-new space. Full of story, the donkey in front of the line is leaping over the table packed with food, symbolizing a delicious adventure ready to take off.
